There may be planets that had advanced e̳x̳t̳r̳a̳t̳e̳r̳r̳e̳s̳t̳r̳i̳a̳l̳ c̳i̳v̳i̳l̳i̳z̳a̳t̳i̳o̳n̳s̳. For some years now, there has been a question that has tormented the minds of many people and it is precisely: could there be an e̳x̳t̳r̳a̳t̳e̳r̳r̳e̳s̳t̳r̳i̳a̳l̳ c̳i̳v̳i̳l̳i̳z̳a̳t̳i̳o̳n̳ much more advanced than ours?
This is because many scientists have wondered if there are solar systems in the universe that could be more than 10 billion years old than ours, which is just 4,600,000 years old. Francis Crick, the Nobel Prize in Medicine who has been credited with having discovered the structure of DNA, also wrote about it. If solar systems exist much older than ours, there is the possibility that there are technologically advanced a̳l̳i̳e̳n̳ c̳i̳v̳i̳l̳i̳z̳a̳t̳i̳o̳n̳s̳, therefore more evolved than us for thousands of years. Maybe even before the Earth was born. Recent discoveries of exoplanets found far from our solar system support this theory.
Planet with an advanced a̳l̳i̳e̳n̳ c̳i̳v̳i̳l̳i̳z̳a̳t̳i̳o̳n̳
Proof of this is the planet PSR B1620. Also known as Methuselah in astrophysics, its age is 12.7 billion years and its location is approximately 12,000 light years from Earth. Why couldn\’t it be thought that a̳l̳i̳e̳n̳ life had already existed in Methuselah before Earth was formed?
Crick suggested a new theory to the scientific community, which he called the “infectious” theory. It consists of an a̳l̳i̳e̳n̳ c̳i̳v̳i̳l̳i̳z̳a̳t̳i̳o̳n̳, it may have sown primitive life on Earth. Obviously this raises questions: How was it transferred to Earth? For Crick, they did so by means of a spaceship uniquely designed for this mission. Thus they were able to introduce these microorganisms responsible for the emergence of life.
Probably the voyage was carried out with all possible conservation safety measures until this ship reached our planet which was its goal.
The origin of earthly life is space
For the year 1986 at the Congress of the origins of life which was held in the city of Berkeley USA. There were 300 scientists from around 22 countries around the world. It was concluded that this theory would be discarded because in that case there would have to be a variety of genetic codes.
Subsequent discoveries in genetics have shown something completely different. “All life on Earth, from bacteria to humans, evolved from an ancestral cell.” The most important question is what is the origin of that ancestral cell?
Most agreed that these “organic precursors” were brought from space. Others were convinced that a fully formed cell had come from the cosmos. Manfred Eigen, Nobel laureate in chemistry, together with a group from the Max Planck Society, German Advancement of Science, in 1989, were able to sequence the “backward” RNA, which contains the genetic information of DNA that can be used in protein synthesis.
Discovering that the origin of life occurred about 3,800,000 million years ago
According to Eigen, the “primordial gene” could emerge at that time. Adding that if the human genetic code was more than 3,800,000 million years old, it must have had an e̳x̳t̳r̳a̳t̳e̳r̳r̳e̳s̳t̳r̳i̳a̳l̳ origin. Our scientific community, for years, refused to accept the possibility of an a̳l̳i̳e̳n̳ life. However, they now consider the possibility that our life had an e̳x̳t̳r̳a̳t̳e̳r̳r̳e̳s̳t̳r̳i̳a̳l̳ origin.
