As elite remote viewer Joseph McMoneagle and Atwater argue in these documents, data from Project 8200 suggests that the locations where Extraterrestrial Bases are located, transmit information to a mysterious platform that is in “deep space,” a platform or space base of unknown origin, showing some kind of link with the Earth.
