Former Canadian defense minister Paul Hellyer, the so-called highest-ranking a̳l̳i̳e̳n̳ believer in the world, says e̳x̳t̳r̳a̳t̳e̳r̳r̳e̳s̳t̳r̳i̳a̳l̳s live among us and are currently refusing to share their advanced technology due to wars and pollution.
Hellyer, was a defense minister from 1963 to 1967 under Prime Minister Lester B. Pearson and became famous for his belief in a̳l̳i̳e̳n̳s since 2005. Hellyer, 90, said in an interview with Russia Today, who believes there are 80 different species of e̳x̳t̳r̳a̳t̳e̳r̳r̳e̳s̳t̳r̳i̳a̳l̳ races, some of which “look just like us and might walk down the street and you wouldn\’t know if you\’ve met one.
“I would say that almost everyone is benign and benevolent and they want to help us, there may be one or two a̳l̳i̳e̳n̳ species that don\’t.” Hellyer has described a cosmos similar to that of Star Trek and claims that there is a “federation” of a̳l̳i̳e̳n̳s who have a rule that is not to interfere in our affairs – the same as the “main directive” of Star Trek.

He adds that the a̳l̳i̳e̳n̳s are not at all impressed with us Earthlings. “They don\’t think we are good stewards of our planet, we are cutting down our forests, we are polluting our rivers and lakes, and we are dumping sewage and plastic into the oceans. We are doing all kinds of things that are not what good housekeepers should do, not least because we only have one at home, ”Hellyer told Russian tabloid RT.

He also claimed to have seen a U̳F̳O̳ two years ago near his cottage which is located on Lake Muskoka, north of Toronto. “It looked like just a star, but then it turned out to be a so-called sphere of light that flew in an unusual way. It wasn\’t a plane, ”Hellyer said when asked to describe it.
