The Aristarchus Plateau is one of the most geologically diverse places found on the Moon: a mysterious raised flat plateau where there is a giant crater sculpted by the impact of an asteroid (or comet) thus creating a giant hole in the earth, with a cross section over 3000 meters (9800 feet) deep. The crater is clear enough to be visible to the naked eye and even more so through the use of a telescope.
This crater has always been at the center of the attention of U̳F̳O̳ enthusiasts, convinced that it can hide an e̳x̳t̳r̳a̳t̳e̳r̳r̳e̳s̳t̳r̳i̳a̳l̳ base inside. The same astronauts Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong had a strange experience in this very area of the moon. According to an Associated Press report dated July 20, 1969, astronauts spotted eerie lights inside this crater where their lunar lander was due to land the next day.
On their first tour around the Aristarchus crater, Armstrong described a mysterious bright light on the inside of the crater, located north of their flight path. The astronaut reported that it appeared to have some sort of fluorescence and the crater was very bright. Armstrong confirmed, “That area is definitely brighter than anything else I can see. The multitude of colors observed do not seem to come from a particular area inside the crater, it is very disturbing “.
Since 1972, no one has taken the moon more seriously. By the twentieth century, promises had been made about the creation of lunar bases by man, but there has been none of that. Nowadays only a few amateur astronomers still scrutinize our satellite seriously and the results are truly amazing: this time the images arrive without any censorship. Years ago an astronomer managed to capture incredible images of some fleets of U̳F̳O̳s emerging from the Aristarchus crater.
This sort of crater is not actually what it seems, that is, a simple crater, but according to some researchers it seems to be a real e̳x̳t̳r̳a̳t̳e̳r̳r̳e̳s̳t̳r̳i̳a̳l̳ base on the Moon.
Just some time ago an amateur astronomer, while he was filming the Aristarchus crater, managed to capture images of a huge luminous object emerging from the crater. The images were published by the skywacther and youtuber U̳F̳O̳vni2012. In the video you can see a large white object that seems to change shape, which from Aristarchus seems to be slowly moving into space.
