NASA monitored Extraterrestrial Activities on Phobos and censured data from the Maven space mission. Fans of U̳F̳O̳s and A̳l̳i̳e̳n̳s hypothesize that Phobos could be a hollow, artificial body and by extension believe that the monolith could also be of a̳l̳i̳e̳n̳ origin.
