NASA Scientist, D.E. Rowland, Admits The Chem-Trail Program and to Dosing People With Airborne LITHIUM And Other Chemicals.
Before hearing from the “so-called” authority, I would like to share one of the most eye opening experiences I had in my life. Keeping it short, I recently had the opportunity to spend some time in Italy, coming from Toronto. Below are two pictures I would like the reader to examine: one taken in Toronto, Canada and one in Padova, Italy, just a week apart.
Another concerned citizen, in a recorded telephone conversation with NASA scientist, D.E. Rowland (video below), asks about chem trails in her area of South Carolina. Rowland, showing the classical “disbelief attitude”, admits that this program was being implemented in the 1970s, 1990s and as recently as 2000.
Thank you to the tenacity of this responsible citizen requesting more clarification, the scientist, also, admits that they are presently testing chemical in the skies .
” NASA is working to understand how the wind in the upper atmosphere moves “.
” What is known as chemtrails, is just dust particles put into the wind so they can see how the wind blows them around and they take pictures to learn about the upper atmosphere\\ionasphere. Specifically to understand our planet studying how the sun changes the electric currents and changes the wind patterns “.
When persistently asked about the presence of Lithium, Rowland responds:
” Lithium is harmless to the environment “.
Chemtrails or Vapour Clouds?

“The feasibility of using aerosol vaccines to achieve mass and rapid immunization, especially in developing countries and disaster areas, is being assessed on the basis of current available information. The aerosol mode of vaccine introduction, which best follows the natural route of many infections, may first lead to development of immunity at the portal of entry, and may also induce a more generalized defense. The recommended optimal way of introducing an aerosol vaccine is nasal breathing, which is more suitable for geriatric and pediatric populations, permits use of greater antigen volumes, and allows easier monitoring of results. Technical requirements for ideal aerosol vaccines and delivery systems, possible adverse effects, and cost-effectiveness are other issues addressed. Several thousand human subjects have been aerosol-vaccinated over a period of many years in RUSSIA with live-attenuated strains against many diseases. Extensive field trials in SOUTH AMERICA with aerosolized live-attenuated measles vaccine have also been successful, and excellent results have been reported with pilot projects employing inactivated or live-attenuated aerosol influenza A vaccine. We conclude that aerosol immunization seems a promising method of vaccination. Although some basic information is still lacking, this method has already been used successfully in large populations and has therefore passed the phase of initial feasibility evaluation “.
It would be easy to accept NASA’s official explanations if they were not so secretive about their studies. One thing is for certain: NASA’s own personnel have admitted that lithium along with other chemicals are intentionally been placed into our environment, regularly.
Lithium is a pharmaceutical drug used to treat people diagnosed with bi-polar disorder, also known as manic-depression. It is usually used to reduce anger and impulsive decisions and has been found to create substantial affect and mood changes. The side effects are lethargy, dysphoria, a loss of interest in interacting with others and the environment, and a state of increased mental confusion.
It is possible that NASA own employees aren’t aware the true motivations for carrying out such projects, but ironically they display the very behaviors that reflect the drug side effects.
